Registration is the first step in the admission process. In order to register your child with us, you will need to complete the registration form and submit it with the following documents.
Registration forms are also available at the school’s admission office for Pre-Nursery to Class II, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:00, on regular school days. During winter/summer vacations, the timings are from 09:00 to 14:00. Registration charges are PKR 3500/- per student. At the time of registration, the admission officer will provide you with the assessment date and decide with you the level for which the student will take the entrance exam. The school administration will inform you, regarding the decision on admission within one week from the date the test was taken.
If your child has been offered admission in Beaconhouse-Newlands Multan, you will be required to complete all admission formalities by the date intimated to you. Your child can only attend classes after the process is completed, which includes submission of all required documents.
In principle, Beaconhouse-Newlands accepts transfers from all Beaconhouse branches, subject to availability of seats. However, the final decision is made after an interview of the parents and child with the section head. Parents needs to bring the following documents in order to process the transfer:

For Pre-Nursery and Nursery, there will be an observation or verbal assessment, followed by an interview of the parents along with the child, with the section head. From Kindergarten and onwards, your child will have to sit through a written assessment of English, Urdu and Mathematics. An adult will need to accompany the child to school and hand over to the administrator in charge of conducting the admission tests.
The duration of the admission test will be 2 to 3 hours depending on the class for which your child is seeking admission.
*Children coming from abroad with no prior knowledge of Urdu are exempt from Urdu at the time of the admission test.
All fees will be revised annually.
